The Bulk BrM Export grid lists the most recent report for all assets that are mapped to sync to BrM. Within the grid, you can select all or specific assets to manually stage the data to sync to BrM.

• Selected checkbox - Selecting the checkbox in the column header will automatically mark all assets in the grid to be manually staged. Otherwise, selecting individual assets will mark them to be manually staged once the Export button is selected.
• Asset Name - This displays the AssetWise Inspections asset name. The asset name is displayed as a hyperlink. When clicked, this will take you to the asset details page for the selected asset.
• Asset Code - This displays the AssetWise Inspections asset code.

BRKEY - This displays the mapped asset name in BrM.

• Parent Asset - This displays the parent asset in AssetWise Inspections which determines where the asset falls in the asset tree.
• Inspection Date - This displays the date of inspection on the report in AssetWise Inspections.

INSPKEY - This displays the mapped report ID in BrM.

• Report Type - This displays the AssetWise Inspections report type of the inspection report.
• Inspection Type - This displays the AssetWise Inspections inspection type of the inspection report.
• Owner - This displays the user who is designated as the owner of the AssetWise Inspections inspection report.
• Workflow Stage - This displays the current workflow stage in AssetWise Inspections that the inspection report is in.
• Work Specification - This displays the work specification if the AssetWise Inspections inspection report is attached to one.

Selecting the Export button will move the selected assets and their most recent report to be the staging area to be synced to BrM.
